Unfortunately this company is correct. Just because you're on the federal Do Not Call list, does not mean your exempted from ALL unwanted calls. Political Organization, Charities, and Surveyers may still call you...ONLY if they aren't selling something. If they're selling something then it's a violation.

What about telephone surveys?
If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry

They are violating FTC Do Not Call.

Ditto above. Some phone companies have a *60 function that will reject the call if they call again. Some caller id boxes have a reject system.

I got a call from these people today.  I went ahead and left a message on the number that I guess is the CEO.  Said you can call her on her cell phone 501-690-2263  I THINK I wrote it down correctly. LOL!

They have called MANY, MANY times, but never leave a message.
- It is a SURVEY company: 'Flake Wilkerson' Market Insights.
- I have noticed on another website, that they may be doing a customer service followup...if you have recently requested service or a service change with Qwest Communications.

You could play their game and make phone calls or send emails to their corporate officers:

They are not selling anything and want to do a Market Survey on our Phone System.  Yeah, Ok.  Then the Telemarketers will call from the info given.

MKT Strategies Not sure whom they are or what they want they didn't leave a message

I just got a call, but didn't answer.  As to the Do Not Call list, if they are a survey company they are exempt from it because they sell nothing and require nothing buy your time(even though it is annoying).  Most times you can ask them to not call back or put your name on their own DNC list.

Received several calls on my Business phone from this number yesterday - no message left. Search reveals "Flake Wilkerson" and a research firm. Definietly a "Flake" - quit calling!

I just got my second call from them, however it went right to my call rejecter.  If a 800 number calls me once and leave no message I put it on my reject list and they can never call me again!  Works great!  :)

Called and told I would be able to lower my interest rates on credit cards.When I asked which cards they said all of them.I asked how they made their money and they said the banks paid them.I told them to call back when my husband would be home.

This is a survey company called Market Strategies.  Found their website with a do not contact form.  I filled it out today - we'll see what happens!

i call from this number 501-217-3296 three times now.  i do not answer phone numbers i do not know or recognize.  i hate telemarketers.

No message, many calls, I won't answer. Also, call after nine at night. Either way, not a company one would want to do any kind of business with.
