Your and IDIOT!!!! Pay day loandcompanies dont call to collect from 1-800, i worked for one for YEARS! For one thing not all people take out loans they cant pay back. But as far a ligit collections for pay day loan compaines goes as following:
After failed collection call attempts ( from the place you got the loan, not a collection agency) they will deposit or ACH the check, if the check is returned, they have around 3 attempts to retry the check. if that fail then....AND YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PART! they check is then TAKEN to your DAs office where the proccess begins, after that you are then summons unless (which most payday loan companies use) they get a judgment for wage garnishments! There is no need to break the law because the law works you jerk. You dony go to jail because you cant pay a debt. ppl like you make me sick, you never someones place in life.

these people got your info on line. just remember they CANNOT serve any papers at your home or place of employment unless you are notified by mail or certified mail.the collection agency will tell u their name,whom the debt is from , and the amount owed.ONLY a legit collection company will do this. they will never threaten u on the phone and tell you you've been informed.the next time they tell u they are going to serve papers just tell them fine and they will hang up. it must of happened to me 100 times over the last 6 years. still waiting for a sheriff to show up
