I got a phone message from these people stating that they are gonna serve me at my place of employment unless i call and rectify. before she hung up she says "Good luck in court"

Got a call from these people but I don't answer numbers I don't know. Some lady left a message saying I had to call back or I would be served papers. I think it's just a bunch of low life scammers.

I recieved the same call, stating the same thing. I called back, and was told it would have to be handled today, or else I would be taken to court.

I dont answer numbers i dont recognize....left message that there are 2 counts of fraud in my name and that I will be taken to court, then message was cut off.  Sounded like a real b*&**&

I just received the same call...that I had two cases of fraud and that they will be serving me a summons at my place of employment and/or home.

I got the same message today. I didn't answer Keep calling and getting no one. Told to leave a message. Is this a scam?

My husband and I both had a message on our phones telling me to call back that I had 2 fraud cases in my name and ss#.  Did anyone call them back?  I am sure since all of us are getting these same calls it is a scam.  But it is still upsetting that people can be this cruel.

Total scam. Nobody will call to give you a heads up that you're being charged with fraud. Especially if you never committed fraud. This is a well known scam that simply will not die. Please do not give them any of your information!!

I received the same call. No only did she tell me I was being charge with fraud that is associated with my SSN.  She gave me a case number.

The ID that appears on my phone is Suspected Spam.

I also recieved a call stating i had fraud charges associated with my soc# and that they would be sending a subpoena to my work.  I had my attorney call and they tried to say i had a credit card from 2001-2008 which i never had. He wouldn't provide any other information. This is not legit be aware.

Same call to me also today ,will call and report. They could be getting info from past mortgages, bank info  etc. not sure but will get my  lawyer to look into it

They have my social and I don't know who to report them for fraud.  They claim I had a credit card open in 2001... I wasn't even of legal age in 2001.  Nice try idiots

Of course, you must have some way of identifying them other than a phone number ... without sufficient ID, there is not much that can be done.

I received the same phone call stating 2 charges of fraud have occured on my social security number. I called back and have been on hold for over five minutes. They said they would serve me at my place of employment or my home. I received this call at my work, so they have my name and place of employment. This is rather disturbing.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

same number, same thing. Have received these calls before so I block the number and problem solved. Very irritating though.
