Called repeatedly to my cell phone. would not leave a message.

another ruthless bill collector that will hound you to the gates of hell.....

These people keep calling and asking for someone with the same last name as mine, but this person does not live at my house. They call atleast 2-3 times a week and have politely been told not to call. The female person claims to be "Agent McCoy". Her supervisor says his name is Kevin Keating. He would not give the name of his CEO of his organization. I have advised this Kevin indivdual to have nobody associated with his company call my house. He claims this isn't considered harassment since this person is only calling a few times a week. It is harrasment, and if she or he calls one more time, I'll call the Texas State Attorney General. Maybe then these people will get the message!

Collection agents, beware

I received a call from 214-647-3580 asking for a young lady I do know of as she gave me this cell phone....a agent named Banister called and left a message. When I called back the number 214-647-3580 and the receipstionist answered I asked her what kind of company was this and she said investigating and I said investigating what and she said she could not tell me that....well can someone please tell me who they are and who do they collect for....I am not passing along any info if I know these people intentions are bad and stressful. thanks Jazzy.

I got about five consecutive calls from this number and some one name investigator Robinson said I need to get back with her on a very serious matter. However, each time I tried to call back I couldn't get her and all I was told is that they are an investigation company...I have not gotten to speak to any one who can help me determine what I'm being called or investigated about

Yes I got that same situation, and the receptionist offered no help or info about that caller...I am getting pretty mad and need to know what I should do

"Investigator" McNatt called looking to speak with me, used my maiden name, which I haven't used in 11 years.  Asked to be called back at 1-877-294-6376 ext 1136.  Left message stated case against ME had been filed on his desk.  Before talking with him I called and asked the receptionist the name of the company, which she provided, and when I asked what type of company it was, she stated she didn't have to provide me with that information and I needed to speak with the "investigator" handling my case.  I advised her I would not speak with anyone if she could not disclose that simple information to me and she hung up on me, her name was Tiffany.  I called back and hour later and spoke with "Investigator" McNatt, who would not give me his first name. He asked for my name, and I only provided him with the case number he left. He only told me they were an Investigation company.  He asked me if I knew an Evan Leaphart.  I advised him no.  He stated they were investigating Mr. Leaphart, but since I didn't know him he would make note.  He asked what number they called and my name.  Well, they should have known that information because they called it an hour earlier, and it should have been in the "case file".

I still think this company might be shady!  Be careful!  Why did he say the case was against me, then say they were looking for someone else with a completely different name?!?!?!?!?!

This is indeed a collection agency.  These people found my husband's work number and proceeded to call them.  The spoke with my husband's supervisor and told the that my husband was being investigated.  My husband called them and was advised that a car that I had signed for my brother was past due.  WTF, these people are relentless, they even found my cell phone number!

They are apparently looking for my step-son.  They call (her name is Mary Richardson)and ask for my step-son's mother, who has never had this phone number and who we don't see much.  After informeing her that we can't help her, she gets belligerent.  I called her supervisor and the calls stopped for a while.  They called back today.  I made a loud noise and hung up.  She called back once, but
I did not answer.

I just got a call from this number with a woman asking if I knew a Juan Sanchez that apparently lives a couple houses down from me. I told her no cause I don't really know my neighbors too well (They keep moving out) and then she asks me if I've seen a car parked there to which I once again replied no. She just hangs up without even saying goodbye WTF??!!

my husband is behind on his car not and she called and told him to surrender it so we agreed with her on the phone but decided to think about it the next morning i got about 7 calls all about 4-5 min apart from the number again and thats when i called and got the name of the company and googled it and what do you know this site came up. i dont know whats going on or who they are but it does not sound too legit!

I received a phone call this evening from someone at this number saying they have a case against me and it is urgent that I call them back.  I have an unlisted number and have no idea how they got my number to begin with.  I am very hesitant to give out any info to this company especially after reading all of these complaints.

What is PS, CF, ST, RP?

I have received numerous calls from this place. The most disturbing phone call I had was on January 24, 2008. Investigator Tiffany Thomas was looking for someone who was under investigation about a vehicle. The investigator told me that I was the "person in question" girlfriend. When I informed her that I was not and had never heard of this person she became irate. To further complicate things she had my social security number and said that the person was using my SSN. I have tried to call her back and now she will not returning my calls. After reading the responses, I am not really sure if this company is legit. I have taken the necessary measures to protect my identity and anyone else should do the same.

They keep calling me for my brothers car.  I have been telling them that he does not live here for months.  Now the are calling me and telling me that they have a case against me and that I am being investigated.  How can that be possible when I do not own the car nor am I a cosigner on the loan?  I keep telling them not to call and have even gotten beligerent with them. I have notified the police, but they cannot do anything because they are in Texas and I am in Georgia.  The are now accusing me of hiding the car in my garage.  I own 3 cars, 2 are paid for and the third is current with my lien holder.  They called me 9 times back to back, sometimes on speaker phone laughing and talking rudely.  One woman even had the gall to ask me "if I kiss my mother with my mouth"?  I told her to personally come and look in my garage.  I am sick of these harrassing phone calls.  I have reported them to the FTC twice and will now be looking for an attorney to file suit against them.  I am also going to call the police in Texas as well.

Recieved call from "Windsor Group" that said they were investigating my neighbor.  I told them I just moved into my house and I don't know any of my neighbors.  The woman kept saying she just wanted to ask me questions and it was an investigation when I asked questions.  I indicated to her my phone # is unlisted and I am on Natl Do Not Call Registry she said she could get any information she wanted to.  Very nasty woman.  Unfortunately I know collection agencies always call on Thursday nights.  I called the number back hoping to get more information but recieved another very nasty woman

This is a real comment, and hopefully, this will encourage anyone reading this to respond to any calls from this number.

I was a victim of identity theft. Someone used my name, social security number, and other information to purchase a car, a car which is now in default.

Yes, they are a collection agency, but they are an investigation firm. If I had not returned Windsor’s and Mr. William’s call, then I would not have known about this.
