Rec'd 2 calls from this number. No message left for me in voicemail. When I try to return the call it hangs up on me.

I received a phone call from them too on my cell phone. I didn't answer it as I wasn't by the phone but when I called back, they hung up on me.

Please let me know if you know who they are.

They called me too while I'm at work and when I went on break, I tried to call the number back and they hung up on me too.

Same thing.  Number rings twice and hangs up.  When you try to call back the number disconnects you.

This number belongs to a collection agency trying to find people who owe someone money. They will ask if you know a certain person. Unfortunately, the calls do not stop even when you have told them you do not know this person or how to contact them.  They have been harrassing my 80 year old mother who has great difficulty walking to the phone.  Once, it was 15 times in one day. We have no idea how to get them to stop, short of hiring a lawyer. They are trying to find an Andy (Andrew) and Anette Plavny. If anyone knows how to find these people leave a message on this wedsite.

I got 2 calls from this number today on my cell phone. Each time, I answered immediately and it hung up as i answered. I tried calling it back and got an automatic hangup. Just sounded like my cell phone dropped the call. But i guess that's not it, since others have had the same issue. I did a reverse number search and and it says it is a land line and the service provider is XO. Who is XO? I would like to know. I know 216 area code is a CLeveland Ohio number and I have never heard of XO. And i live in the Cleveland area. 2 Calls isn't too bad, but it's already starting to get quite annoying.

Received second call in as many days. No message . I have not called the number and since I've read this site, I do not plan to. This site is  a great service.

This number has been calling my house numerous times a day.  The Caller I.D. says it is from REVENUE ASSIST.  I am not quite sure what that is.  We have only lived in this area of Ohio for just over a year.  They never leave a message, so I haven't called the number back.  I guess as long as I don't answer it everything will be o.k., except it is annoying that the phone continues to ring, and the people on the other end, if they are trying to reach you will not even leave a message to explain their phone call or who they are looking for.

216-763-2189.  This phone number continues to call my phone, and actually left a message.  He stated that his name was Dan Nero.  When I try to call back, they hang up after two rings

I answered the call and a lady was on the other end. She was not very professional and was trying to collect a debt. It took some doing to get the name and address out of her to send the dispute to but this is what she gave me.

Before sending personal information I thought I'd try calling back to make sure who they are. I got the hang up as did all of you. I think I will visit this address to make sure who they are.

I get calls from this number all day every day, including Sunday, starting about 8:30 a.m. and through about 10:00 p.m. It is very annoying to get calls from a number you don't recognize and from which no message is left. I think I will report this to the Attorney General's office and would recommend everyone here do the same. I am a retired senior and I have no debts (other than maybe a hospital bill that should not have been charged to me in the first place). I have not followed up as yet to determine the name of the company, but am almost certain it is a business known as The Revenue Group in  Beachwood.

This number called me today and asked for someone and when I told them they were not available could I take a message they told me they knew I was the person they were looking for, when I said I didn't understand they told me they knew it was the person they were looking for and they WILL call back, it was very harrassing and when I call it back it just disconnects? Any clues? They call comes up as coming from Terrance, Ohio?

I lookewd up the Group below on the internet by the phone number and this is there information if anyone is interesred I am calling them and telling them that I have conntaced my lawyer and  it is illeal for them to be doing what they are doing to people it is harassment. This number calls my cell phone every single day but when I answer they automatically hangs up. When you call this number, they do hang up on you and never speaks. I do know that a phone number, 800-867-5123 always call my cell phone and has a recording saying to call them back and when I did call them back, it is a collections agency. I do not owe money to anyone and this place just keeps calling my phone and hanging up. There has to be a way to stop them.
