A person left a message that her name was Lacy with  a law firm in Victoria Texas and she called my family members at their place of business harassing them trying to locate me. When I  would call her back with the number that she left 362-237-1780 it was not a law firm, just got a answering machine.  I left several messages and she never called me back on why she is trying to get in contact with me.

This person SANDRA KERR, called till she got me threatened me from some debt 2011. But was not a law firm it was a fraudulent caller trying to scare to send money by a certain time from above number.

Scam, Sandra Kerr told me I had debt from 2011 and if I didn't pay a warrant would be issued for my arrest in pins county. I called the pima county sheriffs department and they were already aware of the phone number and the scam. I hope no one paid these people.1-361-237-1780

Yes mike its Chris from above even if there lawyers firm and Sandra Kerr told me she was an investigator. I think its a scam but even if there collectors they cannot say there's gonna b a warrant issued for you're arrest. Just like they did to me. Thanks

I paid these people 607!! It was all a scam! They robbed me blind this Sandra Kerr person who is very rude and completely fake

I knew it they get people and rattled nervous I wish we can work on punishing and finding these people. Its not right. Imagine how the elderly people feel they probably get scared and pay them I had number traced I believe there using computer internet systems like google. Chris c

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

Another scam number to let you all know is (832)220-3519 saying there were so and so going to put a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't pay this company etc just like the other one above..   Chris (832)220-3519 this number nobody!

Sandra Kerr is a joke! Tried to make my husband pay $1300 by tomorrow @ 5pm or a warrant would be issued. I called my local sheriff's office, he informed us it was a complete scam. She's good at what she do but she has to be quicker than that!! Someone needs to catch her! Another number she uses is (972) 200-4743

I got a call from Sandra Kerr at 281-324-0626 and wanted me to pay 1000.00 from a payday loan.

These scammers called my son and then had Sandra Kerr pretending to be some kind of State Prosecutor from District 2. The difference is that they are now using another telephone number.281-324-0511, The caller pretended he was transferring my son to Sandra. She gets on the phone and as all of you stated demanded money via money gram by 4 pm. Trying to extort $1400, also threatening him with a warrant for arrest if he didn't send it. UNBELEIVABLE! PLEASE BEWARE!  Karma always come back in some way.

Sandra kerr called me today at 10am this morning saying I had a payday loan back in 2013 and that if I did not pay 1184 dollars by 12 noon they were going to send over my paperwork for prosecution and the Sherrifs office was going to issue a warrant for my arrest. I asked her who she was she said a prosecutor from district 2 I said I don't have any payday loans she had some of my personal information not sure how she obtained it. She told me that I had I had to pay the 1184 dollars are I will be arrested today at 12 noon. She then transferred me the a woman at legal consultant services who gave me an account number and told me to go to Walmart and make a payment thru walmart easy pay I immediately got suspicious. I hanged up on her. 15 mins later I get a call from a man named sheriff williams and I asked for his badge number and he says that I will be arrested today at 12pm noon unless I contact Mrs Sandra Kerr and pay the restitution. I called my local sheriff's office and they told me there is no officer williams and his badge number dosent exist. This is a total scam. Be careful people these criminals are very sophisticated. They tried to get me to pay but I called the local authorities and typed her name in Google and found out she is a scam artist beware of Sandra Kerr and legal consultant services they are big scammers.  Sandra Kerr 218-374-4835 SCAM

I had similar call from Sandra Kerr from district 2 and said about wanting 1400.00 by midnight or a felony 25000 warrant will be issued for payday loan.  She acted as if she worked for Harris Counry which I looked up and no such person works there with her name.
I told her didnt have kind of money then told to send in an amount and judge will except it and give me payments.
I called local court house and clerk said no warrants and scam, called Bell County Sheriff's office and told same thing. I even did one better and called Bell County District Attorney's Office and had them look for anything from bad check to anything and told nothing and scam.
Well they must use spoof calling because I received call and this is funny, from Bell County Jail which I did look up and was to look up inmates or put money on their books etc.
I contacted Bell County Sheriff's Department again and told them and of course told scam again.  Would never threaten with warrant and if anything would receive paperwork from District Attorneys office to make arrangement or court date to have it resolved.
Whomever Sandra Kerr is she is very nasty and hope someone catches her.  The new number is 325-248-6694 which is a witchita falls texas number and Harris County is Houston area.
They get a lot of personal information but that can be because of illegal debt collectors using terrible and unlawful ways to get money.
Do not pay a dime, I know at first scared me because said on film oh really, but if it is legit you will receive paperwork.
Well moneygram be sent to united mediation group and of course said handling case. I blocked all numbers but now getting called about student loans I do not have at all.

I received a call from Sandra Kerr today. Phone number (469)208-0151. She is so good at what she does! After 2-3 calls, threats, she tells me I had until 4pm to go to a moneygram and pay $1000 or I would be arrested today. I called Harris County Sherriffs office, they said it was a scam.
*They are somehow using a phone app to make it look like they're calling you from sheriffs office. CRAZY!

They are using spoofing software and the FBI is aware of Sandra Kerr.  She called me as well and at first got nervous then did a lot of checking. She said district 2 Harris County Texas so she is going all around the US.
They will call your family anxd threaten them as well so let family know its a scam.
But I called the Sheriffs Department, Court House and DA Office and nothing was reported and told a scam.
DA's Office or any legit legal will not threaten and its against Fair Credi Reporting Act and they can be sued but very hard since its spoof calling

I received a call from Sandra Kerr today.Phone number (309) 306-3645. She said warrant will be issued for my arrests for payday loan and that I owned 900.00. I know this scam, I call the Illinois attorney General office and they said it was scam.

"Sandra Kerr" Caller says information that theyhave and I have no idea how they got. Said if I didn't pay  561.58 that they would issue an arrest warrant for me and then wouldn't tell me much of anything and them got very rude. Had a Dallas county Sheriff call and said his name was officer Milner. When I asked for a badge number the man hung up on me. "Sandra, says she is a distinct attorney. When I asked where the firm was located she start yelling I'll see you in court. I was called by several numbers. 210-229-8409, 214-761-9025, 469-535-9206.   I was also told a name of Franklin Law Group.As to which I pulled up the name and immediately saw the word scam. We also did a reverse number look up and they all came back as private numbers.
