Received a call on my cell. The number is on the do not call list.

Called cell, left no message.

Another site of complaints said it is a scam.  Trying to sell vehicle warranties.  Mentioned Day Chevrolet up in the Pgh area.  Never bought one from them.  Don't live in Pgh anymore.  Besides, I don't answer unrecognized numbers.  Yes, I am on the DNC list but it doesn't mean a darn thing.

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Caller ID said ALLIANCE ALARM. Did not leave a message. Number now blocked on my phone.

Called 10April @1626, no msg.

Caller ID said ALLIANCE ALARM.  Don't know who it was.  My landline is protected by a call blocker unit. They didn't follow the instructions from my call blocker so it blocked the call automatically.

Called and left no message

Called and said about my credit card interest and said press 1 to talk to someone or 2 to stop the calls 5 min later my phone rang again same thing I pressed 1 to talk to someone and English and got some east India accent person
