They kept calling me and when I never responded somehow they have gotten my family members numbers getting them worried saying I have committed check fraud and bank fraud and they have a E warrant for my arrest. When they left the message they keep telling me to ask for Debra Hall who does nothing but curse at you or call you names when you start asking questions about who they are and why are they calling. They only have my last 4 digits of my social security number and my email address and my pobox number which I don't know how they got the info. This is aggravating because family members get concerned and I don't even know how they even get this information, I want them to stop and leave me alone.

They are lying about having a warrant for your arrest. They are probably lying about everything else, but you should report them to the police anyway and file a complaint with your state's attorney general.

They just called me and said all the same stuff. And plus called my mother and sister. How they got all that information I don't know.. But I called the local police department.. And than called this Mark back and he was very rude..

This is a bogus call. They stated that there was a felony warrant for check fraud. I asked when the check fraud supposedly occurred. David Levine stated that he was trying to keep me out of trouble and the check fraud happened in 2011. I checked the law and even if there was fraud, which there was not, the statuate of limitations has run out. I suggest reporting the phone call to authorities.

We have also gotten calls, they call anybody associated with the same last name. We are still calling all the numbers back, getting a different person and dollar amount each time. What we have discovered is a Internet co. Got  my daughters info because she was trying to get a loan on line. Even though she was denied her info was out there, a company then deposited $100.00  into her account with no info on who or how to pay back. They then sell your 'past due account ' and the scam starts, because they sell it to many people who start calling and tacking on fees, my daughter knowing she had to pay this back. Believed the caller at first and actually sent money towards her debt, twice, when calks continued, we checked who took the Money, and low and behold, can't find them. To those of you getting the same calls check any deposit that you not sure about and check who put it in. We are still trying to get a hold of that depositor. Anybody have any suggestions on how to clear this up please post, it's driving me crazy!

I received a phone call saying the same thing and if I didn't have $1400 paid by the end of the day I was facing 130 days in jail and a $2000 fine. I called my local sheriffs department and told them and they assured me it was a scam and to send no money anywhere and I wasn't going to jail.

I got a call today from a rose saying I had a warrant for check fraud and if I pay otp With a credit card or I can western union 1000.00 she can lift the warrant in the state of al there is a law that you can not be prosecuted for a payday loan when I called the district attorney office this call is very defrauding please be aware they had even contacted my family members how they got the number I don't know but this needs to be stopped calling and defrauding people

I just recvd a call from a Mark Thomas @ LRG 469-804-3675 ext. 406 stating that I had a felony warrant against me from my own bank that I've had for 10 years and that I had until 4pm today to make a payment of $800 to stop the warrant. I questioned him for about 15 mins and he could not give me any straight answers. I told him this has to be a fraud call and hung up. I contacted my local police dept they absolutely said that this is a fraud call and please not to send any money.  

Same type of call as others with my son being the target. It appears the loan company VIP may be working with, or is the same as this LRG. Debra Hall or Holland said LRG processes warrants for 38 States.   Threatened 120 days jail with no bond unless $500 was sent via Western Union before warrant set to be issued at 11am tomorrow.  Call was at 5p.m.today.

same here. Been getting these calls for a year or so. Same person, Debra Hall saying there is some sort of debt on my daughter and she could be arrested. Just got a call again today, Mrs. Hall hung up on me.

They called me today telling me about some financial allegation The message they left told me to ask for Debra Hall , who said my phone number is an emergency contact number for myself. They said I failed to respond to a 10 day notice about something, that this Debra person wants me to contact her to prevent being blind-sided by law enforcement. I want them to stop and leave me alone.

Called my Sister at home and her landlord, who do not even know me, and told both of them.  That if I don't pay I will pick up by police and also would be going to court for non payment of a loan, by noon that day.

They just called me and said I would be arrested tomorrow if I did not pay a certain amount by 5pm. I contacted the Attorney Generals Office as well is the local police department. They advised me there is not such thing as debtors jail and do NOT give them one dime.  The Attorney General contacted them and they back tracked. They would not give out their address. I was told every time they call to contact the Attorney General again.

I received a message left  on my home phone from 469-804-3675.  The caller ID has it listed as McCullem and SC...A female cacausian voice which sounded official left a message stating (called me by name) the sate of Virginia is holding someone by the name of --------''Rawlins and I missed the deadline for responding to the previous calls.  I never heard of anyone by that name so I Deleted the message.  I regret that now because after checking this informatt I had verifying evidence these people are trying to scam people.

I received a call stating that there is a warrant for my arrest for check fraud this is a scam and I am contacting the Attorney General something need to be done about these kind of people.  If you did have a loan out there is no way a person is allowed to call and threaten you.

My mother received a call from McCollum with phone number 4698043675 saying I owed a debt and could face time in jail. Of course she called me in a panic. My brother received the same call a few months back. When I reached out and spoke with a woman saying I needed to pay money or I would be arrested. I looked up any warrants and there were none. When I called number back it was disconnected. This is getting out of hand.

Ashley Tanner called telling my husband they wanted to protect him from a police visit.  He needed to call them back immediately for their help.  I called her back, got a voice message. I told her he passed away ten years ago.  Never heard from her again!

Called me and said Riverside County released a warrent for my arrest. If I paid them they would settle the matter and it would go away. I called Riverside Superior Court and they had no warrent or record for me. Its a scam!
