This number has called and leaves a voice mail on my work phone, and my mother's phone who resides in another state and leaves the last 4 digits of my social and states that they are international carrier service and will attempt to serve me official documents at my place of resience and job and states that I must have 2 forms of I.D. and have my supervisor present.  Total Harrassment! DO NOT BUY INTO THIS NOR CALL THIS NUMBER BACK BUT REPORT IT BECASU EIT CALLS YOUR JOB AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND LEAVES THEM MESSAGES AS WELL!!!!

I got the same message as the previous post, they called my father in law as well.  When I google this number there is little to no information about this company. We have no idea who would be sending legal documents anyway.  Besides that when was the last time a carrier service called, required you to be home, needed 2 forms of ID, or would go to your place of employment?  By the way they didn't say who the employer was.

That's because it is a scam to extort money from you.  Process servers do NOT call first.  IF you did owe money, a written document must be presented (not a call, email or fax).  If in doubt, contact your local CIVIL division at your court house.

Keep getting harrassing calls saying i have legal documentation being served and are required to be home with proof of id and signature..Calls over and over...it needs to stop

I'm glad that I'm not the only one getting these calls but now I know if they call back I'm fuss ther ass out

So tired of these people calling me and my mom threatening me saying I need 2 forms of id or if I'm not home coming to my job. And how do they know my last four  digits of my social sorry SOB's bring it on and quit calling.

Has anyone ever showed up at your home or employement?

I got the same phone call today and asked if I could take a message and the lady who said she was from "international courier services" stated that their was a package to be delivered to me either at my home or place of work on Thursday between. I on and 4 pm. She said I needed to call back to reschedule or to find out more information but that I would need 2 forms of identification. The company that showed up on my caller ID was from Hewitt Capital. They also call my husband's phone looking for me. Definitely think they are scammed and should be reported.

I wish this caller would go to my employer.  Maybe they would give me a BIG raise (Social Security).  I have been retired for more than 9 years.  They also called my son in another city.

Look up the local office of the FBI.  When they call again tell them you want to be served at work and then say "You do have my current work address and phone number, right?"  Whatever they say, give them that address and phone number and then tell them to call you tomorrow anytime between 9 and 5.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.
