Got call from this number woman by name of Stephanie Givens about a 'so called outstanding debt' that they were about to file an injunction against me. I have no debt with the company they claim and when I called back to verify name of company and address I was hung up on 3 times and also one person told me it was too early in the morning to be playing games and hung up on me as well. this company is a scam and I will be turning them in to local authorities.

Omg I just had the same exact thing happen to me from the same company first a guy answer sd his name Michael sumthing and hung up then I called back and a women sd all thus stuff and they are filing against me vyt I never got a loan from the company they said!! This is SCARY!!!

I got a call from this Stephanie Givens today, lady was rude, said there was a warrant out for my arrest for not showing up to court at 9am this morning. Scared me half to death, when I started asking questions, she said she couldn't answer them, and that I was going to jail. Said they have been trying to contact me, but would not give me her address, company name, or any information on the "debt" she said I was going to jail for.
I am a single mom with no one to take care of my little one and it scares me to death that she is saying they are coming to arrest me tomorrow.
Does anyone have a company name on this place?

Don't worry. They are not going to throw you in jail.  They are simply trying to scare you into posing something you may or may not owe.  You can not be thrown in jail for not paying a debt and it is illegal for them to threaten you like that.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

I got a call from this # didn't answer so they left a message saying something about an affidavit so naturally I called back when a woman answered I asked who she was she said Stephanie then I asked why she needed to talk to me she said nothing then just hung up so I can only assume this was a scam personally I've never had a real debt collector hang up on me so if you get a call from this # hang up

I've had the same experience. Catherine Ballard, savannah white, and Stephanie givens have contacted me in actual phone calls and voicemails stating I have felony charges pressed against me and will have a warrant out for my arrest tomorrow. I broke down in tears. This is the scariest thing I've ever had to deal with. It all changed when I started asking when the loan was taken out, how much it was for, and who it was through. They could not answer anything stating it was sealed in an evidence packet. They then tried to have me settle "as it would be cheaper than getting a criminal defense attorney". I've never taken out a loan other than school loans which have been paid back for years. This is crazy.
