keeps calling my job harassing my co-wokers,never identify themselves or company that they are calling from

She keeps calling. Doesn't identify herself or the company. Sounds like she's calling me from Hey home. SCAM.

Called me stating my wife had a past due debt, which we put in a program 3 years ago. I asked her to send me something in writing and she said she could only email the info. Then she started discussing my wife's account with me, which I believe she legally cannot do. She said she was from "check enforcement".  I talked to the company I have debt considation with, and they said if they cannot provide it in writing, the. It is a scam.

She keeps calling my job and talking to my bosses saying she needs to garnish my wages. I am so tired of the bs.

my employer is getting the same calls...saying they are serving me with a warrant?

Keeps calling my number and I tell her that I don't even know who this person is, I wish I did I'd turn her in immediately to stop the calls

Says her name is Monica Johnson but always calls from a different numbers. Says she has a warrant to issue but nothing has ever happened. This is a scam.

This woman, Monica Johnson, called claiming she had officers in her office waiting to come to my office to arrest me, that I was a criminal. I have no idea what she is talking about and told her that the first time she called me.  She said she didn't have to send me any information I knew what I had done.  I am going to lose my job because of this woman harassing my work.  

same thing as what others have stated....asked them to send a letter of validation, ....STILL WAITING !

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

Started calling me again after a year when I found out she scammed me for a loan I had with cash net USA and the when I called cash net USA to see if they were getting the funds they said not even 1¢ so got her bitchass for fraud but now she is trying to scam me again #LOSER#BUM#GETAJOBBITCH#

Yeah this Monica chick called me and told me that i owe for husk pay day loan back in 2012 that i paid off. She gonna tell me that since its a online payday loan that i could only contact through email not mail. So i have to call her back by Wednesday or she gonna issue the paperwork to get me for writing bad checks. And if i dont settle it for the 240 imma have to pay like 1100 thats for late fees. Im glad i google this number i almost paid her.

Received a call from Monica Johnson saying I had a debt from 2012 and that if I didn't pay it by noon the next day a warrent would be issued for my arrest.  She also stated that if I did not pay her to amount owed she would call my boss at work and have me fired.  I work for a financial company which is governed by the FTC (the same government body that governs debt collection) and know for a fact that what she's doing is illegal.  This is a complete SCAM!  I've also requested proof in writing of the debt and so far all I've gotten is emails.  A debt collector is required to send you something in writing through registered mail if requested.  Please don't fall for this lady, it's a SCAM!!!

She keeps calling me at work (after I've told her she's not allowed to) and threatening to have me fired.  Such BS.  I told my boss about this and he wants her to show up so he can have HER arrested...

Caution, 614-407-1200 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

She called me and my dads cell phone, not sure how she got that, I also received an email stating I had a bounced check, I think I would know if I bounced a check, I never had one.  Her name is Monica Johnson, I emailed her back and said to stop harassing me or I was going to the authorities and now she is calling.  These people just don't quit and think people are dumb. SCAMMERS!

Just called me from this number saying she was with check enforcement and I need to get a lawyer because she's going to have me arrested next time she calls I'm gonna tell her to [***]

said she was calling to speak to my supervisor and that criminal charges had been pressed against me. I replied, "really"? I would like to see any paperwork regarding that. I provided my attorney name and phone but she just kept ranting telling me about a call we had in March and I never got back to her. This is all bogus! She is a collection person, making threats and harrassing people for invalid debts. She won't give any information on the debt or contact info for her company.  I bet she never calls my attorney!

Monica Johnson calling me from 6144071200 telling me she is going to send officer to arrest me I don't even know what she is talking about 2012 I owe payday loan she said I sad I don't even remember that if she can provide me with written document she said if u don't pay I will send some body to pick u up from ur job she is harassing me at my job it's busy time she keep calling me

She told me the same thing today! I know I paid that off and she's telling me that they filed charges and are trying to get a warrant for my arrest for fraud and if they don't get their money by tomorrow they are going to try to get at least 1100 for interest and late fees. And this right before Christmas!
