Total scammer.

Got a call from this same # name Eric Wilson foreign he sounds like the guy I got call from yesterday   # was 9164697022 and it's about owing for loans I have never had loans. These are scammer calls and ridiculous there calling my cell my job. If anyone knows how to get them to stop calling please let me know.  

These people called my cell phone, told me that they were calling from a legal firm and wanted the name of my attorney as I was being charged in a "criminal case".  He said he had an "affidavit."
I know this is a scam because something like this happened to be last year.  These people are relentless and are looking for money.  Ignore them; they will eventually leave you alone so they can go to their next victim.  Shameless!  

I keep getting calls from this number, and I record the last call.

Got a call from 6195674084 about a payday loan and getting served papers at my job.

Calli me at home and work. Threatening to put me in jail for 30 days for crimes i haven't committed!!

They called me and said they had a case on me about owing a loan company saying tht they were goin to put me in jail

They said the same company they told u, I was lost because ik tht I didn't owe any loan company's

I'm tired of these people who do not even speak English calling my job and my cell repeatedly. We aren't allowed any personal calls at work and Scott Williams from INDIA has informed me that he will continue to call me constantly.  He's asking for my credit card and telling me that there will be a warrant for my arrest etc....I asked for documentation on these charges, of course he declined and called me a C__k Sucking B___h. Please stop these people from harassing me at my job and cell phone.

We can't stop the calls. unfortunately. 800notes is just a call reporting forum. Your going to have to not answer these at all. And you need to print this out and give it to your employer so they know whats going on..

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

They have tortured me in the past also, incessantly calling my home and cell phone.  I put them on a blocked list at home and on my cell, so now they are trying to call me at work.  Last year they threatened me with being arrested also.  They are totally scammers and they are really obnoxious.  They eventually will go away.  My husband and I had financial difficulties due to a lot of medical bills with no one to turn to, so we looked into taking a payda loan to get by.  That's how this all started with me.

I applied for payday loans to get caught up on past due bills. now I keep getting calls from 619 567 4084 says hes scott williams legal office calling my work I am furious why cant they be stopped and arrested for this? Help please

I have full dossier on owner name, relatives, address, down to civil/criminal records, etc. I will be publishing all info, if you, the public being harassed by this prick, indicate you'd pursue this along with the loved ones, that he's illegally harassed, and encourage you to contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission regional numbers publicly available, and especially for those locally in CA, how gratifying would it be to have this person's residential address? I'm not condowning breaking any laws, but pursuing tenaciously all litigious, and other legal avenues available.. I know a few Marines eager to converse face to face with this person. Semper fi! Please respond, and I'll release all his personal info. His sources seem to be data miners selling your info online and he's pulling this illegal b.s. So for the law enforcement out there, you already have his landline number here. Please act under Computer Fraud Act of 1984 and amended laws since, you could break his door down- put him in a cell and throw away the key without a warrant.. So, whatcha waiting for? VERY ASTUTE AND ACCURATE!  THIS LADY (I believe?  My apologies if a man) IS 100% CORRECT!  I have this person's complete dossier, and am considering posting all pertinent info here.. this is a land line in La Mesa Ca. I have name, add, relatives possibly on east coast, and am very good with computers... knowing something about Comp. Security,  I am compelled to believe this individual is purchasing info from data miners, and black hat hackers who put "sniffers" on routers and collect TB, worth of data.. also on what are called carders forums... like Dark Market or carders market... you may have seen the story on Max butler where these carders forums are used to sell what's called "dumps" either using buffer overflow crashes to get into database's or as said sniffers,  and last but not least, "b" or "c" credit /loan co.'s sell all your info to these parasites!  Idk if your in law enforcement,  but since I've acquired all this person's info LEGALLY OFF PUBLIC INFO, do you see any legal as far as criminal liability on my part providing this info on this forum?  I also indicated following up with FTC, and law enforcement and suggest litigious and other legal avenues to pursue this.. however,  if this individual starts to see his info such as publicly available info, not ss# etc, which can be legally located if this person had any irs, or lots of bus info, that information is easily attainable.. I don't want to get in any trouble but putting name, phones, address, etc. I don't see any illegal  probs but I'm no lawyer either.. if you have any suggestions,  please feel free to reply, as my poor wife even  @  work has suffered from this for over a year, although when our atty called him.. scared him to death.. and cessated activity for quite awhile. . I got a call from Roderick from this Scott and William legal associates saying I have a charge against me and I owed like 700. He said I never answered class or responded to mail or emails.  #Scammer

619-567-4084 told me his name was chris walker lolololol  Just in case anyone cares, the new fad is an electronic voice box which can make u sound like anyone u want. so don't be fooled by the accent (Indian in this case). u can make yourself sound like u are a Zulu warrior or an Australian " g'day mate" lolol.
