    time to investigate
Just got a from Mr. Smith about a loan he said I owed from 2008. Funny thing, he called from a 314# ,but when we got disconnected, he called back from a 708#, and gave me a 678# to return the call later this week. Yeah, something is definitely not settling with me on this one.

Caller id 559-272-4912 left voicemail to call 678-834-0552 so agent Heath could get my side of the story as to what happened.  Didn't reference an incident or what it was regarding.  Called the 678 number and got an Agent Black in the I"Investigation Dept".

    Seems very shady to me.

Call came from 713-588-2626. Left a voice mail stating she was "Agent" Tiffany McFarland calling to get my side of the story.  Didn't reference an incident or anything like that.  The phone number she left to call back was 678-834-0552.  Seems like misrepresentation of a legal authority figure.

I got a message saying that agent Cruz needed to speak with me. When I called back the lady on the other line tried asking for my phone # and address to look up my "case" . I told her it must not be that important if they don't even have my information. She got real nasty and said yeah it is and my case will just go directly to court. I hung up and called back with a bogus phone # and name and spoke with agent Cruz and asked what kind of claims they do there. She vaguely said all types. Don't give your info out! They are a scam fishing for information!!!

I received a call today from 615-369-6545 (according to the caller ID). They actually left a message on my cell phone. The guy also stated he was "Agent Smith". The # he said to call back was 678-834-0552. I got scammed out of thousands ONE time previously with a similar call from different people. Never again. I learned my lesson the hard way. Do NOT give out any info (if you happen to answer it), and do not call them back. I filed a police report and saved the voicemails (these same idiots tried this with me before).

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

PRIMARY SOLUTIONS IS A SCAM every 1-3 months they get a new phone number. This is deception. I will give a written and/or verbal statement to everybody that was wronged by this company. You all have the right to request a copy of the recorded call no matter how old or new. I have some documents that will help the ruling go in your favor. I have the actual location, names and numbers of the criminals behind this business. Everything about this company is a SCAM they collect on checks & loans from 2000-2007 ILLEGAL. Even if it is 2008-2014 it still ILLEGAL because they tell you that they're investigators that too is ILLEGAL. They pretend to represent clients that  have never heard of them. They also send out text messages pretending to be process server and that they are going to take you to court. But, they can't take you to court on some paper that they bought. They can't even report to your credit. They're a Scam "ILLEGAL SCAMS". They will try to make you think different by saying "Sir/Ma'am we're not a scam we are registered with the secretary of the state of Georgia and we follow all FDCPA guidelines as enforced by the FTC Federal Trade Commission" BUT they don't. They have never ever went to school to be  investigators nor have they taken the FDCPA or GBLA test. I have emails/text messages and recordings of the lady behind all of this she admits that it is illegal and if she gets shut down she'll just pay a few fines and just reopen. Help me help you and other Americans. Please understand - If they spoke to you and/or repeated that script to you "that I'm going to give to your lawyer" then, you can collect from them legally : ) the Good old fashion American way. I can be reached at stopprimarysolutionscrooks@gmail.com

If you have all this information, then why not simply post it here?  Why should someone take the risk of e mailing to that address and leaving themselves open to possible spam, or a virus, trojan, or malware in an attachment sent by you?  Maybe you think you can make some money selling this information?  Your legal advice reeks of someone with no education that think they know the laws of all 50 states.

My advice is do not send any e mail to this address as it is probably a scam of some sort.  If this poster wants to come here and provide us with proof that he is what he says he is, then I will be glad to change that bit of advice, but my guess is that he won't.
