This guy David Thomas has been calling for the last few weeks. The phone number is out of NY, 716-261-2059. He never said where he was calling from. My college roommate from over 15 years ago contacted me saying the same guy called and left a message and also contacted family members. Whoever this David Thomas guy is and the company he is working for should notified  people by mail. I've contacted my local Attorney General and they said to keep log of when they call and who they call. I find it strange they have called a family member at their place of employment which I do not even have the contact info.  I just saw on the news last week of how people are threatening folks over the phone.  David Thomas  or anyone else who works as  a "bill collector"  OR SCAMMER if you are reading this, please find another job that is better suited for you and leave us all alone.

I called to see what it was about, and it was about a check that I had written to a company that was bad. She helped me resolve this so that it didn't go further

THese people have called several of our #s. My cell, husband's cell. Even my sister whose last name is not the same as ours. Looking for someone with same first name as us, but we've never heard of the person. Have asked repeatedly that they stop calling, but to no avail. Next stop. Reporting to atty general.

I got a call from this guy this morning. I believed what he was saying & gave him the info he asked for, what should I do?

If you have given him your CC or DC information, then call you card holder immediately and close them down doe fraud. if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
