I have HAD IT with these creeps!  The FCC told me it's illegal for machines to dial cell phones.  The reason is, there are still people who pay for all minutes, duhhhhhhhhhhh.  Well SOMEONE has put my cellphone on a list and I'm getting way too many calls, and I'm sick- very sick, and it disturbs me and adversely effects my health.

The FCC couldn't "crack down" on a PEANUT if it was threatening to end the world tonight!!!  Much less are they doing anything about these criminals BREAKING THE LAW while PESTERING US TO DEATH.  Their self-serving, "look what we did" press releases are just policical B.S., don't listen to that crap they spew !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OBVIOUSLY the U.S. government in [***] for business and screw us, THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING!

I'm ready to fight fire with fire.  If you have unlimited calling, PLEASE call the number 10 times, and email 10 friends and ask them to call the number 10 times, and to email 10 of their friends, etc.  Don't press anything, just let the call last as long as possible before they disconnect you.  This particular one lasts about 2 minutes.  

Do this to any number that dials you by a machine with no human EVER answering on the other end, even if you press a number to speak to someone.  Let's chain call and expontially flood their bandwidth and SHUT DOWN THESE B-TARDS!

I believe this is an insurance company and If you call they should honor your request to quit calling you. I only gave my cell phone number  to Hampton Inn. And like you I got numerous sales calls until I contacted the company to remove my number. And yes my cell is a pay per call and I no not answer out of state calls

Have gotten a couple of calls this week from this number on my land line.  I never answer numbers I don't know.  Usually the scammers will stop calling fairly quickly.  I've found it's the easiest way to deal with unwanted calls.

Have called multiple times and I've ignored the call. Today, I picked up and there was no one there--but I could hear in the background a guy talking on another call saying, "So you need a new mattress and Medicare won't pay for it..." I wish these losers would go away.

I hate the government, they won't help anyone but themselves. I sent in a complaint to the FCC, and after typing all that crap and sending it, they said they don't do anything. dumbasses. ;/

they didn't honor my request. the lady was all nice, but they called everyday anyway. I hate them with a passion. it's MY phone, I pay for it, and they are almost driving me insane. my stupid landline won't shut up even though I turned the caller ID off on both hand sets. AND it rang even though I turned off the ringer and hit save. maybe I should get a new phone, but it probably won't change. Panasonic says it can block calls. but I don't know....

The FTC isn't over the DNC list, the FTC is... The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. the devices do up to 1500, phones are around 250 now for number blocking. Either will block the numbers though the phone company's won't. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Devices hold more numbers then the phone. You could then block it by area code.

I just wanted to see how I can apply for a new health insurance that would be good for me? with no HMOs just one that has PPOs with Medco prescription plans. That has dental & vision with a low copayment. I also want to know how I can get Medicare and Medicaid and the time and where to get it because I can't work because of an anxiety disorder,depression and physically impossible to sit or stand to work.
