Calledy cell

Called and left threatening message to call regarding a legal matter.  Called the authorities and reported after seeing several filings for illegal practices and debt collection.

Sneaky people said they were a law firm lie. Called the police and they said I had nothing on record.

I too have been getting calls from these people.  Asked for a validation of debt.  They could not provide that information.  Said I would see them in court next week.  My response was ok and for them to stop calling me.

Demanded I repay a payday loan from AmeriLoan back in 4/2013. Had only middle name, not full or legal. Of course cell phone number, address, email and computer IP address. Best was had only last 4 of social and bank account. Said I need to pay at once, and if not mine, seek reimbursement later. Said serving me papers in 24-48 hours. Would not email any factual information

I don't know this company call Ameri loan  Mike say that I owe $808.23 please someone need to stop them. They are calling my job.

Called my house and my fathers house, threatening legal action for unknown reasons.

Received several calls from this number and the message they left sounded threatening.  In addition, on one call they said this call is for ........ couldn't really understand the name they said but it wasn't mine.  These people need to be stopped.

You know "Ashley", every day or so one of you more ignorant, smoke-blowing frauds shows up here and claims "they've been served". You geniuses just never learn! All it takes is for someone like me to tell you to post the verifiable info. on this "company", as it appears on your summons. You won't post a damn thing. Not the physical address of this company. Not a summons or docket number. Not the jurisdiction you were served in or the name of the signing judge. Nothing! You can't post a verifiable bit of information...there is NONE!
You're just a lying SHILL! You think you're being sly. You've failed. We can smell a fraud coming. Don't even think of playing here "Ashley". We can, and will, eat you alive. Now run along & get back to your phone. You've already exposed your little fraud-shop as fraudulent. If you post here again all you'll be doing is further proving what a fool you are.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

These people has been calling me to saying that I'm on some kind of watch saying they where going to bring papers to my house or employment I said if I owed them why haven't I got anything in the mail or why haven't been contacted said I took out a loan 4 years ago and haven't paid Ive never took out a loan with this business they are talking about never took out a loan period they would never send me any information on email or anything wanted me to pay over 1,000 I told him like I'm going to give you all my information over the phone and not get any information on this no way my mom and my dad have been getting these calls too about me they need to be stopped

Please quit calling me and leaving harassing messages.  I have informed my Attorney that you are and have given her your Name and phone number.    If you are attempting to collect anything from me you are not going to succeed.  I am working with a mediator on a debt to the Dept of Treasury over a land deal - and it has yet to be resolved.  I owe nothing at this point in time and you need to quit the calls effective right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this company is total unreal, would you believe they actually called me from my county courthouse stating they would send me summons, who does that? Called the courthouse and they would never notify anyone by phone that you will be summons. I have been told by how many times I will be served papers, have I seen one court summons/papers "no"
They tried to scam me by saying I owed money to a bogus company and guess what that bogus company got a letter from my state and they replied saying, we are sorry we will not be contacting her anymore and we know we are not licensed in your state to do business.

Whoever is on here claiming Midway Mediation is an honest company collecting legitimate collections is a worker for Midway Mediation. Scamming honest working people is a big sin and what you do to others will come back to you if not in this life then when you are no more.

Dishonest living will bring destruction to your life.

So scammers keep on scamming your day will come.

Yeah right, how can Midway Mediation serve you when they are not even a real legit company. Ask them for their tax ID number and their business license number. Do your homework people.

Why would you call a bogus company, people wake up, midway mediation will get their day.
