Call started with " an Officer will be out within two hours to serve me" I needed to call this number right away and pay a sum of money. I called and ask for proof of debt. They forwarded a letter with my name and address at the top stating this was their official demand for payment. However it was addressed to Dear ***** , Not me. When I tried to respond to them the email address was no good. Surprise

Email, fax or phone call is not legal proof.  They have to send debt validation ala snail mail, USPS.  Real legal servers do not call you either, they just show up.
