I'm receiving harassing phone calls from this number. Caller stayes that his name is Terry Ellington from Nps management. He is also calling my work and family.

I also received a call from Terrance Ellington from NP Legal Services saying that if I don't call him back within 24 hours I'll be "served".  I called to get more information and as of today, he hasn't called me back.

I was served by these guys, at my mothers home i dont like that they can come to your family home or job, i also wasnt notified i was being served

You have no reason not to give us the information on the summons, do you?  It is all there in black & white - you know - the court, case number, judge who signed the order and so on.  Don't forget to name the complaining company too.

OK ... since you claim you "lost in court", those proceedings are now a public record.
Tell us the court name / location, the trial date, and the docket number.

Well, since you went to court, you received a summons, right?

If that is true, you should be able to give us the information at the top of the summons, since it is now "public information".

Give us the court name and location,  the name of the judge, the plaintiff's attorney's name and Bar number, and the name of the company or person that is suing you, the date you are supposed to appear, and possibly a docket number.

Can you do that, to prove your statement?

I betcha you can't.  You didn't even give the physical and web address of the company that uses this phone number, so we could check their validity.

Do not bother to return and argue these points, unless you can provide the data I requested.

threating phone call tonight  (09/10/2014) said I have to go to court...been served by phone? What type of harrasment can I file ?

I have received a call from this number alleging that a claim has been filled against me in another county.  He says his name is attorney Terrance Ellington with American Mutual Legal Services.  When asked to provide paperwork, he claims, they don't do that.  He call my job and asked for my supervisor, when transferred, no message was left.
These people are crazy.  They have no legal since what so ever.  No body files anything on you where there is no paperwork sent to you in advance.

THIS PSYCHO "MR. ELLINGTON" CALLED ME CLAIMING I OWE ON A LOAN BUT FREAKED OUT WHEN I ASKED FOR MORE INFO ON THE LOAN... HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION AS TO THE NAME OF THE LOAN OR THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY... "MR. ELLINGTON" CLEARLY USES A FAKE NAME AND WORKS FOR A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY... someone named Terrence Ellington called and said that Saul and or Sol Crawford listed me as a contact and that I must call him back at American Mutual Legal Services or I will be " Served"

it is a scam. the jokers are calling people randomly hoping to scare someone ,and probably try to intimidate and get personal information to commit identity fraud.
report them to the do not call.

I got a call today from 877-644-7051 today..on a Saturday message stated I will be served between 12 noon and 3:00 pm..his name was Dave Jackson. If I can't keep my appt. To call and reschedule. No court in any state will ever ever call and tell u they r going to serve u papers they just come and serve you. The company is American mutual legal services  Mr. Byers. Lmao..I called the police...they said its a big scam and they r trying yo track this stuff...I turned over the phone number and names left along with the fake case number. Got a restricted call from Terrance Bishop claiming I'm being served for fraud and theft of property and they know that people don't like to be served at work so he wanted my home address to serve me.  He also asked for my attorney's phone number.
