    They call multiple times a day, before you have a chance to speak there is a recording tone, so the call is recorded. I have told them they have the wrong number but continue to call and will not tell me the reason.

    This number has called numerous times a day in the last week or so. It says OnGuard but didn't pick because it looks like a scam and no message left on voicemail. They call from a different number as well and shows as OnGuard. STOP CALLING!

    Unfortunately they are Indian scammers scouting for info which they will pass to their research department to see whether you're worth scamming. These people are the minority and cause us so much shame.
