    If I am on the DO NOT CALL list how are they obtaining my number???? Being on the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) has no bearing on someone getting your phone number. All the DNCR does (and has ever done) is stop legitimate telemarketers from calling people who have registered their phone numbers.
