- 1IT'S TAX TIME--- SCAMMERS ARE CALLING to steal your tax refunds! This number called me at 9 am. I did not fall asleep until 4 am! Yesterday the 9 am call was from a 989-262 number. Lucky for me my Landline phone will block whole exchanges
