who is this?

This person made a call to my cell phone and I was charged for his call. I do not know anyone from this number, he should pay for my call and be blocked from making future calls.

I think this is information, but wanted to be sure.

I have the same problem.  This number came up on my phone bill and I was charged $1.79. I don't know what it is.

I too was charged $1.79 associated to the number: 000-000-0411
I called my service provider AT&T and found out it was a "service directory charge" and realized it was for dialing 411. Hope this is helpful to you.

I was charged for calling to this number too. But don't understand why... Probably I called when I was in New York (phone number is from Missouri), but anyway what is that for???

I was billed for the same amount. I am pissed! if you try to call it back it does not let you. He/she should have to pay for everyones bills.

We have a call on our phone bill of 000-000-0411.. It says that it's a "DA Call".  I believe that it came from either the sheriff or the county jail house as this person receiving the call was talking to the DA or lawyers, or the sheriff.   It was on the cell phone and we weren't billed.
