Does anyone receive calls from odd numbers consisting of only two to nine digits?  Have currently gotten five from 2070 and 2073, the same Man with Accent, claiming to be from ITC (many companies use that acronym).  He requests either a specific manager or the CFO-CIO-CMO; he'll take anyone (his words).  He's allegedly working on a project and needs input from them, because they're the best sources.  I hung up when he started overtalking me, and then every time he phoned back, I sent him to a non-working extension.
