Actual phone number showing in my call log was 999-999-9999 but the description (State) was showing as 000-000-3254. Called verizon and was told it was probably a blocked or private call which verizon does not have access to. Was told,  "for a fee those types of calls can be blocked."

That 0000003256 belongs to a woman living in Natural Dam, Arkansas. That is her AOL instant messenger code that shows up when she sends texts to cell numbers. I know this for sure and all of her information because I busted my husband having an affair with her. If you would like her info, please reply to his thread, and I will give you whatever you need. I have seen this on my husbands phone details and he has cheated, and there is an Arkansas number on his bill as well. I would be interested in seeing the info you have.

If you are seeing phone numbers ending with last 4 digits of 5278, 7801 or 5725 then this is the same person ... 5278 is a work #, 7801 is a cell #, and 5725 is a home # ... www.anywho.com is an online phone directory ... go to the reverse lookup tab & enter the home # ... it will give you the name & address ... you can also get the same info by dialing information & asking the operator to do a reverse check for you ... hope this helps =)

I wouldn't worry about cheating husbands. It's on mine and my husbands call list for last night. However, neither of us were on the phone  at the times given and we were together, so we both know. Checking the actual phone, there are no made or received calls for the times mentioned either.
I suspect it's something like a phone ping or spam call. Not sure, but I've had random no-cost calls on my bill like this before.

it was on my sons cell phone that was at the school confiscated and turned off. i am about to call verizon to find out how 1 minute was charged and the phone was locked in a safe.

This number was on my husbands cell phone bill at 3:05 am 999-999-9999 1     0000003254, I was just wondering who would be calling at this time of the morning.

I wonder too what this # is? This # is on our phone bill at 2:24 am 999-999-9999 1     0000003254. This has happened several times on both of our lines.
