have received this number on my caller id but have not answered because it does not identify the caller an i don't recognize the area code

Recieved this call at 11:45 on 12-13-08. Saw this number in caller ID. Did not answer because it did not identify the caller.

Just few minutes before that another one with same number but last two digit "48" was telling I am Bulgarian and I am coming to your country I don't know any one there, can we make friendship. I am single, are you single etc etc... apparently she was reading her story and question as while i talked to her she was continuing her way of talk and questions...  


Take care of scamers... I don't know what are they looking for?...
