after a well worth-it wait with verizon wireless tech support (escalated support) these series of numbers is an email Instant Message account. everyone's phone has a feature in tool/get it now type deal that will actually allow you to IM without having web capabilities via applications.  the different codes are actually the message and then 'add a friend' ect. even if you don't have premium text.  the paperless bill will NOT have these numbers listed, but the web bill will. (strange huh) also, if you do not use this feature, if your phone was refurbished, it could still have the ghost in the machine where it looks as though it has been received and sent back.  i feel much better now.  we actually switched the phone out with a brand new one and had those premium features removed.  :-)

my son is missing and he is sending text message to this number.. urgent his safety could be jeopardized
