    Recieved multiple calls from this number. Seems suspicious, does not seem like and US area code, nor do i recognise it.

    This is an automated appointment reminder system. I didn't pick up because number looked  suspicious. Easy solution. Create a real number and display your business name in caller ID. In this age of scams and robo calls a legitimate business should not be semi cryptic.
