According to callerdb.com, the number has no assigned location and is likely spoofed.  If someone is hiding their identity by lying about their phone number, it's a "good enough" reason for me to block 'em.

How possible is it that I get a missed call from this number when I try to call back it's out of service?  :-\ os it some kind of satanic call? mxm devil is a lier.

That's like asking how is it possible to have received a letter from someone who didn't put a real return address on the envelope.  The postman doesn't need to know where the letter is from.  His job is to deliver the letter, and the only legitimate address he needs to do that is yours, not the sender's.  The postman will not deliver to a faked address, so when you try to write back to the sender's faked address, you'll just get your letter returned to you.

I recieved a call from this number they wanted my personal details but when I asked what its about and who is calling they refused to answer and threatened me saying its a legal matter and they going to catch me.
