I got a miss call from this number - but when I call back the number "does not go through"

Hi. I got a call from this number and it was MultiChoice. I wrote to them about their crap service and the not so efficient box-office service and they called me back from this number 011 289 2000

This is not Multichoice , these people got your details from some scamster at Multivhoice, they just want to scam you of your money, call me on 078 212 5900 I will give you more details, dont get fooled by these fraudsters

Also got a missed call from 011 289 2000 but when I tried to call back the voice prompt says the number is incorrect. Its so disgusting!

If you're in N. America, good luck getting anywhere without planning on an overseas call. That's the only place you're going to have a 0 or 1 beginning an area code or prefix. These numbers are either spoofed or coming from outside the US. Don't return calls to unknown numbers also.

Someone phoned offering a R50 reduction per month on my DSTV subscription. They said they were calling certain persons who had Debit Orders going off and that for the next 2 years I would be paying the reduced amount.  Had all my info to hand. Is this something to be worried about?
