This number supposingly belongs to BF KHULUMA SOLUTIONS, Iwas contacted from this no regarding a cell phone contract I supplied them with all my personal info ID NO, BANK DETAILS etc.and was told that the phone will be delivered within 10 working days its been 3weeks and I havent heard anything from anyone regarding the phone I have been calling them for the past week and the receptionist keeps telling me that their system is down soI am really worried regarding this since I have provided them with information which can be used for fraud puposes,,,

Hi, BF Khuluma is a legitimate company. We are a call center and we offer products from various service providers. If I knew who you are I could see what happened to your order. However, in the original call you will have been given the number of the applicable company whose product you were applying for, they could also give you information as to the status of your application. The product providers also update clients via SMS, when the order is placed and whenever the order status changes. If you still need to know what happened to your order please call us and we can advise you of the outcome.

You have our deepest sympathies....We are also in the call centre business, and I am finding more and more " illegimate" complaints, generally made by unhappy staff trying to sabotage a business , because they were asked to leave due to non performance. Unless these so called "clients "can give details of the complaint , allowing the company to follow up, and not generalise, it is impoissible to assist with the complaint.

So until such time, I would disregard any complaints.
