I called the number because they have harassing my partner for so long. the person who answered said they are from Network Dimensions and they handle accounts, didn't specify what kind when I asked. I googled the company name and could not find anything

These people are scammers, they are using illegal avenues of pulling your personal information such as your identity number, address, next of kin details and much more from your service provider, probably through an inside connection, to use against you and threaten you to pay funds into their account and if you don't they threaten to take legal action. Do not fall for their scams and threats. They have no grounds to stand on. The company does not exist and the number comes from rustenburg Johannesburg (museum). Ask for an invoice reflecting their company details, address, company registration number and proof of bank account holders details and a detailed bill for what exactly they are billing you for.

Got a call from this number saying I defrauded a company and that I owe them money , the guy so called edward Strauss says he is from networkdimensionszar when I Google the company the company does not exist they definitely got a inside person working at network provider which pulls out all your info next of kin cell number etc and use that info to extort money from you. Don't fall for this they are a scam and my company is on to them they want money deposited into a capitec account, account holder is M.S Lewis and K.V Lewis. The number traces back to a company in rustenburg but these scammers are based in jhb WE WILL FIND YOU !!! THATS A PROMISE!

I received  call from this number followed by an email demanding money. My lawyer instructed me to report it on these platforms, as he'd seen other reports.

I received a call from network dimensions saying that I owe them outstanding fees on an account for a call I made and they played a voice recording. They threaten to take legal action and contact family.  Given short period to pay into a capitec bank account under name Lewis. I am afraid of what action to take because of threats. May someone please help urgently with genuine advice.

This sounds like a phony debt scam to me, right down to the threats to call your family/friends. Do a web search on Network Dimensions, I am not finding much on that exact name, and that is a sign of a crook.

Not sure of your laws in your country, but in most places, a voice on the phone or even an email is NOT legal notice of a debt. It is easy for you to double check that locally. You should know if you have any sizable debt or not.

In general, it is not good to talk to debt scammers, or try to convince them you don't owe money. They will only call more and increase the threats. They work by intimidation.

I received a similar call from network dimensions, also played voice recording said i called and agreed to somethings. Then was rude when i interjected, threatening me... Saying i have to pay coz i had verbal contract or they will tell family and friends. I put phone down. Received whats app message with invoice attached, my id number appeared. True call identity. Tracking cost and everything. In addition some long message bout Ect Act. Also did inform family member and sent voice clip and insight fear. Now when i googled the company i came across these complaints. No record of company, however the Same name of banking details Lewis... And Contact person was Helga...
Giving me weekend to pay rediculous amount.
Now according to new legislation firstly is it not illegal to give out personal info without consent.
