Hoping my C V have been shortlisted

Had been Colling me once , and no answer when I call it back 0

Caller stated that they are calling from South African Consumer Survey council and are collecting information purely for statistical purposes and that this is not a sales or telemarketing call. They continued to ask a wide variety of questions which seemed in line with what they stated the purpose of their call was. At the end they advised that they will send through correspondence via whatsapp and email of offers that could save me money. I stated that I do not wish to receive any correspondence from all I was advised that i will only receive it once or twice per year. I insisted that I do not wish to receive any correspondence from them and that they purposefully mislead me as to the purpose of the call they hung up on me.

This is gross misconduct in contravention of the POPI Act for the following reasons:
1.  They purposefully misrepresented themselves, where they are from and the purpose of the call.
2. Contacting me without permission to do so as I am registered on the National Do Not Contact Database.
3. Did not respect my specific instruction not to send me correspondence which is contradicting the POPI act by insisting that they will only do so once or twice per year.

When I try to call back this number it doesn't go through
