kata dia daripada Ambank, tak tahu betul atau tidak

Hari ini, Isnin, 09/6/2014, terima panggilan drp 03 2167 3000 pada jam 12:44 tengahari.
Katanya from AmBank Credit Card Center di Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, KL.
Bunyi cakap pun macam tak berapa cerdik, malas nak layan cakap panjang-panjang kot nanti dipukaunya.
Lagipun saya mana ada pegang kad kredit AmBank. Agaknya dia nak beritahu ada orang sudah guna maklumat diri saya untuk apply kad kredit tu dan guna kad tapi tak bayar hingga ada tunggakan beribu ringgit. Nanti mesti dia bagi advice dan beritahu cara bagaimana nak settlekan, selepas tu duit yang kita ads dlm akaun lain yang akan disapunya.

Ya betul, sy pun terima call tu pada hari sabtu gak tghari gitu. Sora dia mmg mcm x berapa nk cerdik gak 'recorded'. Tp bila call balik answering machine yg jawab konon dari ambank gak. Sy mmg x pakai ambank card. X der org gomen yg berkenaan nk siasat ka? Haiyaaaaaa x kan tunggu repot kot. Korang ni mcm pahat mcm penukul lahh.

I just got a call from the same number too, few minutes ago. It seems  like a recorded female voice, told me that I have outstanding credit card bill from Ambank. I am lucky because I do not use Malaysia local bank for transaction. Beware everyone. Do not simply give your details over the phone.

Hari ini 11/06/2014 Jam 3:01 pm dapat panggilan dari nombor 03-21673000 mengarahkan untuk membuat pengesahan menggunakan kad kredit Ambank secara online sebanyak RM3800 dengan menekan bukan 1. Saya memilih bercakap dengan operator suara macam (Lelaki Cina) untuk membuat semakan dan meminta no kad pengenalan dan nama untuk pengesahan. Bila kata hendak buat laporan polis terus dia buat macam tak dengar hello..hello tak dengar dan terus menamatkan perbualan. Pengesahan telah dibuat dengan pihak AmBank menyatakan itu adalah satu sendikit penipuan menggunakan Kad Kredit.

I got the same call from this 03-21673000 too. this morning 11th Jun 2014. But it call to my company phone number, at least 4 colleague received the call. When I heard the recorder lady voice about credit card bla bla bla. I just hang the phone. I don't have ambank account, even i did not use company phone to apply for any things. my number is 012-3951xxx.   I guess their just simply call to next victim follow the phone no sequence.

I just received the call with the same number (approximate 3:45 PM).
When the voice operator stating that from Am Bank and credit card usage is RM 3,000; I know its a scam; so I hung up.
I didn't know that it can be connected to the operator, or else I must tried something with them and try to scam them back.
Maybe also it is a good thing, who knows that they can pukau me over the phone.

Just received a call from this number. Choosed to speak to operator and a guy i think to be chinese answered. He was stammering all the way. I suspected it was a scram and start to whack him. Lastly i said either i report to police or Bank Negara, then he kept quiet. I then hang up.

same receipt the same recorded female voice... but noted suspicious 'background' and different 'female' voice compare to the actual computer voice... hung out after few seconds of silent..

ya they called me twice as well.a chinese lady recorded voice said i got a pending transaction of 3k with my ambank acc..i dont hv any account...but still i layan..n den a chinese guy spoke to me asking my details..i just hang d call ...they tried calling me again but i just cut it..

Tadi dpt call dr nombor yg sama mcm org2 lain dpt.. baru jer.. nasib la kita mmg jenis x jwb nombor yg kita tak kenal.. then i dengar my voice mail.. ada operator chinese women yg ckp.. dh la ckp pun x betul.. machine operator yg lain x pakai low class voice yg mcm nih.. sama gak kes nyer.. Dia ckp i kena bayar outstanding RM3800 untuk Ambank credit card.. the worst case is.. i don't even have any account with ambank pun...

I received the call this morning .... recorded message sounded like chinese woman, choose to speak to operater and chinese man speaking to me very unprofessionally and not fluent English. When I made noise saying I don't even own a cc from them they askedwme to provide personal details. I said I'm not comfortable and that guy got angry and told me to go to any ambank branch and query them. I said ok and hung up. I called back the number and guess what .. a recorded message saying their office is closed and working hours are from etc etc .... AmBank must look into this immediately!

I did receive a call just now claiming a transaction made at KLIA for 3 k. when i said i do not own any card, then they said someone applied and got approved on 3 april 2014. with current outstanding of 6k. when i started shouting saying how can such reputable bank can do such thing he gave some non existent BNM number,

called AMBANK and clarified it was a spam.

Baru dapat panggilan dr Menara Ambank kononya nama saya telah digunakan utk Penipuan Kredit Card di KLIA sebanyak RM 3 ribu lebih. TAk pernah apply pon mana2 crdit card sbm ni.. Bila ditanya pd cust service yg bergelar namanya "Alex Tan Chee", dia suruh kol Bank Negara utk membuat laporan bg clearkan nama sbb Credit card tu dah digunakan sebyk RM 6ribu lebih...Tp dgr dr talian mcm x profesional sbb dia xhold pon talian & dgr bunyi dia taip kat komputer...Even kita bagi no IC salah,diaorg still have our no Ic yg betul dlm system.. Its look like our details not safety .. Selepas letak telefon, Kwn2 ckp itu sendiket...cpt2 kol Call Centre N Cust service Ambank ckp mmg ada penipuan & sendikit... Naseb baik x bg maklumat lain.. So, pd kwn2 yg lain berhati2 bila dpt panggilan telefon yg bernombor 03-21673000 even mmg Ambank Centre tp sebenarnya sendiket ni dah study how to make it real... rasa tertipu jugak...

Batu saja dapat call Dari 0331673000 pun Sama cakap outstanding 3k. Tanya detail saya bagi name dengan ic number saja. (Ic number saya bagi ada hal tak )Lepas tu saya cakap check dengan am bank . Dia Sudah tutup
