I received the same phone today and this one is not a Filipino, I know,  that is not how we talked (our accent). She said she is from Switzerland, I can't figure out her accent. I can't understand her, I keep on asking to repeat what she is saying. She is trying to sell something, mail to my address and pay later. The company sells skin care. I know the name of the company.

Let me guys explain to you how whole this thing works. they call you from a place which is called "call center" and mostly they call from indiaalbania , romania (poor countries , so they pay less for the operator) and the operators learn a script which they read or retell to all the calls they get and yes they have your number , your full name and adress , becouse the system shows it.
once you accept to take the delivery (products) you can't turn them back any more.

They called claiming to be Swiss selling skin care products. I asked for the website, which looked legitimate. However, the site has the serum for $68 and the woman on the phone wanted $142. I tried to ask if she meant they would be sending me more than one bottle, but she couldn't properly answer me, so I hung up. I'm sure it was a scam and the poor woman who called was reading purely from a script and had a very hard time understanding me. Why have these girls call American, Canada or England if they don't truly understand the English language??? Sorry, but FAIL! Oh and NEVER buy anything from telemarketers. They are ALL SCAMS!!!!!

I was talking with a lady by my mobile and told her that I have very sensitive skin and I need to try production before I am buying. I did no´t asked to send me anything but she have sent me anyway. So, I received this cosmetic and I was trying to use it but after 2 hours my face is red and in my eyes is tears - it is seems that I have got allergy together with a cosmetic. Now I need to pay for the cosmetic and for treatment my allergy. There is any phone where I can call to talk with someone and there is no one who can answer what to do.
    Is it fake company?

Who knows how they make the stuff-probably not properly, considering their tactics.

This morning at 9 a.m. (Eastern Time) I got "the call" - purporting to be from Lugano, Switzerland.

My call came from the following number:010420-9901 (and if you Google that number, you'll find a bunch of complaints like the ones on this site).

The call starts out pretending to be a survey (how often do I shave?  how old am I?  is my skin oily?) and the lady (with a strong, vaguely-European accent) pays me compliments all along the way (I sound young for my age, etc.).  Then she launches into the sales pitch for some skin care line: Sounded like they would send it at no risk to me and then, if I liked it, I could pay (I seem recall) something like $120 for the products.  At that point, having strung her along enough, I thanked her (over the sound of her continuing sales pitch) and hung up.

Then I started wondering: Where did she get my name and phone number from?

    Scary.

I got a call 3 years ago for 2 of their products. No credit needed ex... I received the products and loved them. I had started getting calles 2 months ago from weird numbers. I don't answer a number I don't know usually but last week I just answered and they offered another promotion. I figured since I liked it so much the last time I would try it again. I received them today applied to my face and it feels great. I do not know if I will keep all the products seeing as my bill came out to over 300$ 6 products total and the shipping is outrageous.

I just had exactly the same experience (right down to the name some others have me mentioned, and the hard to understand accent, supposedly from Lugano "Switzerland"; she spelled for me "Dermafutura" and "Softline" when I asked, and even said "you sound so young" ;)... I just said no I am happy with my current skin care cream.   That had better be the end of that. (I usually don't answer such calls at all but I was a bit distracted at the time, so half-listening at first.)

Yes the name was (I think, after requests to repeat) Martha Mayer.
