I have received a phone call today from a woman names Jennifer with a very Indian accent purporting to be from Windows Service Centre. She maintained she was from a legitimate company and they have a website as well. That did not sucker me in and I proceeded to tell her that i had 10 previous phone calls from her company and they they were running a scam which she continually denied. I told he that what she was doing was wrong and illegal She still denied this over and over and I certainly did not relent and continued to tell her that she was trying to scam me.  .People please be aware that just because the person denies over and over that their company is legitimate does not make it true. I have heard of people who I know personally who have had  personal information accessed by these criminals. The only action to take is  to hang up on these hoax telephone calls as  Windows would never call you personally . How ridiculous  and  if it really was a computer problem why do they need to contact you by phone Please do not fall for their tricks or you will pay the price literally
