“I received a call from this phone number claiming I won a vacation and they will be using my feedback from vacation for marketing purposes I think its a scam - the person said they are situated in Lynnwood Pretoria but did not give me an address scammm????”

I recieved the same call and an address were send to me. 94 glenwood rd, Lynwood Glen. GPS: 25.46'.6892"S, 28.17'13.8192"E

Hi Placed an ad on OLX and next day received the call. Same place in Lynnwood

I also placed an add on OLX then received this call. Same story as all the other guys above.

Same story. Won miweek vacation in bela bela. Had to collect voucher personally at 94 glenwood road, lynwood. Told the lady they can email it if i in fact won it. She put the phone down.

Thanks Dudes and Dudetess for this warning, they called me as well, same address my appointment was in Pretoria East, Lynwood and they insist that I must come with my ID or drivers license for collection of the Holiday Voucher. I will not go there.

They collect my Phone Number fro OLX website just after I upload the Advert for my cars. I used a new cell number which is not known at all and that's why I'm confident that they got my number from OLX website.

I have also received a call today from 0873104763 and +12013738356.They say l must come to collect my voucher, l don't  understand

I have received countless calls from the same people and I inquired further. It seems to me to be one of those timeshare bs things where you have to become an investor before you can actually ''win'' the holiday. They just want to lure you in.

They keep on calling me every now and then even though I have made it abundantly clear I am not interested...

Also posted an ad on OLX before the calls started.

They also may call from unknown numbers.

I have just received the phone call NOW,and with out any waste of time I googled this 0873104763 numbers to see if there are no claims against them,and I found you guys having to share the experience you had as well. Thank you guys atleast I know this is just a scam.

Same story with me I just received a call from they they sounded shady that's why I googled the 94 Lynwood glen. Thank God I thought about googling before going there. This is a scam.

Yes it is a scam ,I also posted an add on olx yesterday and they called me the following day,The accent of the dude who called made me suspicious from the word go.

I also just got a call from the same number. I posted an add on OLX yesterday. Good thing I checked out this number first to avoid going there and being scammed

Hi,  I also got a call from this number.  The lady said I won or qualified for a free vacation at any one of their 5 star hotels.  I just need to bring the ref number and my ID book to 94 Glenwood road.  She took my email address to send me info but I didn't get any emails.  This also happened after I posted an ad on olx.

Just received this after the SCAM call:

Im in Cape Town & they told me to go to Lagoon Beach Hotel. Im going to call the hotel to find out what the F is going on.
