I received two calls this morning, 08/07/2008, within two minutes of each other.  The last one was at 10:23 a.m. CDT, and the calling number in both cases was 1-100-000-0000.  No one answered either time, and then there was the dial tone after awhile.  I did not try to call back.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AT 4:44PM TODAY.

I just got another call from 1-100-000-0000 just now.  The same group has been calling here 4 or 5 times a day for over a month now.  When I pick up, a recorded female voice says something like "No Spin Dot Com"  She says it so fast I can quite figure out what the domain address is.  Maybe whomever this is is trying to sell me something on a website???

I had the same exact thing happen to me, the number was 1000000000, and the content was my home phone number- weird!

1-(100)000-0000 called my iPhone. No message left I wondered if I should call back? Computers use binary code is this a binary code to activate a compter virus.

They (1-000-000-0000) call me at least four times a day, including Sundays.  But as soon as I pick up I am put on hold.  On hold for WHAT?!!!

Got this call several times I phoned and asked she said it was a telemarketer calling.Their not suppose to be able to do this,but they do.

I have been getting a call from this number but will not answer it because I do not know who it is. They will not leave a message. I will answer next time because they call like 2-3 times a day. It is getting really irritating.

It was for Barack Obama's Campaign.

They called my husband's cell phone.  It was an automated voice that asked him a bunch of questions and then told him he won a boarding pass on a boat somewhere.  He hung up.  A legitimate lottery would use a real phone number. We are on the Do Not Call lists.  I read on another website similar to this one that 1-100-000-0000 is a trick that telemarketers use to fool caller id but I don't know how accurate that statement is but it sounds plausible that it would be a telemarketer trick.  Also, around here Blockbuster uses an identifiable local number to call to remind you if you are late so it wasn't them.

most of the strange numbers like 100000000, 9999999999, etc are usually calling from online account like skype and tons of other digital numbers out there. they're usually associated with spam or marketing. don't answer because once you do they'll keep call you back and then hang up when you answer it. if you live in canada you complaint through 'do not call list' it will take 30 days for them to stop calling you.

I am getting that number over 15 times a day. I would like for it to stop.

This number is so scandalous just like all of you this number keeps calling my work place about 5 times a day. We pick it up and hang it up. I read some where in this post not to answer it because it'll keep calling back; too late for us but its true, no lie it calls at least 5 times a day. I actually answered it to see who was on the other end.. it just hung up on me. UGH..

I received two calls so far from that number and I answered neither of them. I won't answer phone calls from people who hide their call display.
I called the number back to try and find out who it was, and got the "this number is not in service" message.

Got this on my phone (did not answer), my wife's phone (did not answer), and my home phone, wtf.......

My boyfreind and I began getting these calls right AFTER we signed on for the "Do Not Call List" in Canada. We get them on both our cell phones within minutes of one another. Could it be somehow related? I then got a call on my landline, too on the same day. I had regestered all 3 numbers at the same time, same day. I DO NOT have caller display on my landline- however, I answered a call from a "robot" and it was a cruiseship line trying to say "I won" a cruise. I never entered any contest so i hung up. I Goggled, as you all have, the number, and a lot of people who did answer their cell phones claim it was a cruiseline. I am now going to assume that this is who the "10000000000" number is coming from. Strange tho, is it not, that the calls all came immediately after signing on our THREE numbers with the "Do Not Call List"??  I believe that it is many other companies, too, that are using this number to HIDE their identity.

I have been getting weird text messages from this number everyday after I receive a missed call, voicemail, or text from another person. it usually has a similar address to this in it: aslksd.attwireless.net:5400?f=0&v=400&m=27338218&p=&s=5433&t=8378328🅰norcrossap46:ms02:client:6571 Parts of this address have my phone number in it (I omitted it) weird?! I have an account with att and that's why I think it's weird that att would be in the address. What's going on and what does it mean? How do I get it to stop running up my text bill?

I have been getting werriod tex messages from this 1000000000. Every time I get a tex from this number they tex me my house number.I tex back once who is this , but they tex my house number back to me. Plus my dad's gilfriend has been getting tex messages from my phone number, and it's not me!!! Who ever it is is also using my nickname. Anhd as if this wasn't enoff, when my mom left me home alone, as soon as she pulled out of the drive way i got one of these tex messages then someone called my house, and when I answered they hung up!!!This is getting out of control. I'm not sure if there's a link betwween the tex messages i've been getting, and the tex messages my dad's girl friends been getting, but it makes you wonder. If you have any advice, please write reply!!! It would mean alot!!!
