Voice call, asked if I was Mark. I said no, they said they would call back from a different phone

Called asking questions about my PC, the man had a Middle eastern accent? very strange, wanting me to look at errors on my laptop, told him to get well you know!!

I answered with "Hello?" and all I heard back was "Goodbye." from a automated lady's voice.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I answer without speaking and no one speaks.  After hitting several numbers in quick succession, the caller disconnects.
