Hundreds have dollars have been sent by Deb Nicholas to this phone number to a man who claims he is David Bromsted.  He contacted her originally to say she won a new pickup truck and gave her a big story regarding the truck.  He talked her into sending hundreds of dollars through Apple Cards to "pay for the truck certificate."  After talking to her for several hours, he built her trust and is still getting Apple Card codes through her. It is hard to say how many hundreds of dollars she has given him.  This is definitely a scam while using David Bromsted's name and information as a front.
