    They are scammers...I have been getting about 40 to 100 calls per week from phone numbers which are not valid and from Area Codes which do not exist. I've turned the ringers off on all the phones and I don't answer them any longer. I have a voice mail stating that I do not answer calls but if they are a valid caller they can leave a message and I will return their call. To date, after one month if this nonsense, not one of these morons has left a message. If they were valid...if there are not doing anything wrong or illegal...they would leave a message for me to cal them back correct? The problem is that when these fools make up numbers which do not exist there is no way to track them down. Therefore I just ignore them.
