I've gotten quite a few calls from 131 area codes lately including some that include +1 before the 131.  As far as I know 131 isn't a valid US area code.  The caller ID information showed "unknown Name".  This was obviously a scam call but my curiosity got me where there had been so many.  It was supposedly Chase Bank telling me that I had an excellent credit history and they wanted to show their appreciation.  They ended their recording by saying press 1 to talk to a representative.  My curiosity was satisfied and I didn't have time to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person so I didn't press anything.  They eventually disconnected the call.
