find the name of the caller

I got a blank call from this number. Pl let me know to which company/individual this number belongs to.

Someone called me from this number and when I said hello, they spoke in Telegu, asking "who is this?"  I did not identify myself, but instead, asked in English: who are you looking for? They continued to say something in Telugu that I didn't understand, and I hung up.

I got a call from this number +1400330111, but i've not answered to analyze who that could be. Because the +1 code is for United States and I've none from US to speak.

I attended the call but no-one responded.

I get call from this number daily two times i always disconnect it coz it is headache and once i responded but no one answered on the other side....the call kept going on...silently...i hung up...cuting some nonsense....

US phone numbers are 10 digits not 9.  No phone number in the North American Numbering Plan can start with a 1 or a 0 in either the area code or the prefix.  This number fails on both counts.  Most likely it is a phone number from some scummy third world country like india.  They love to scam Americans because the are too lazy and stupid to go out and get a real job and make an honest living.  It is a real shame that they give their countrymen such a bad reputation since there are so many honest Indians here in this country creating jobs, running businesses, saving lives, etc.
