    Just got a call from this number.  It was a taped message saying they had attempted to contact me multiple times about reducing my credit card interest rate.  First off, this is the first time they called.  It asks me to press 1 to accept the lower interest rate or press 2 to let the offer expire.  Doing either I am sure would connect me to someone who would try to scam me.  I hung up.
