Scam! A legitimate company such as Chase wouldn't text or call from what is clearly a spoofed phone number. No phone number area code or prefix in North America begins with a 1 or a 0.

Jokes aside please let all your people know Scams like this exist and bad grammar, foreign sounding inflections, and lack of any identifying information. Now if it read "John Smith, DOB 01/01/2000, SSN 111-22-3333, here's a pic of you sucking off a dog (insert pic) give me money"... and all that was true and your face was clear in the pic (and you kept that pic on you phone? WTF? then maybe conciser this as a real threat

Obvious spam text about Netflix (or Net-flix as it was spelled) being unable to process... something. I didn't open the text and just read the preview so I didn't read the whole thing. Deleted and blocked. Been getting a few texts like this over the last week from similar numbers. I'm very careful with my info so I'm not sure how these con artists have my number and it's really annoying.

These texts are coming from scammers too stupid to know how phone numbers work in the U. S. and Canada (they may very well be texting from overseas countries).
As was also pointed out by "Tygerkat" above, according to the North American Numbering Plan no valid phone number can have an area code or exchange number (aka "prefix") that starts with a "0" or a "1".  This phone number violates that rule on both counts (a "1" starting the area code and a "0" starting the exchange number).
You do not need to ask "Is this a scam?", just looking at the number answers "Yes, it is!"
If you get any call or text where the supposed calling number exhibits any of these patterns (where # is any digit 0-9), you can be assured that the number has been spoofed and the caller is up to no good:
        0##-###-####
        1##-###-####
        ###-0##-####
        ###-1##-####
        0##-0##-####
        1##-0##-####  <-- This particular number
        0##-1##-####
        1##-1##-####

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number and a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.
