Someone with a foreign accent, who couldn't pronounce my name correctly, called to say that he wanted to promote my book, which has been out of print for several years.  He then suggested that he would be glad to reprint the book and publicize it.  (He obviously didn't realize that it was one of a series.) After saying several times that there was nothing to promote, I hung up.
