Called, didn't leave a message.  A legitimate caller would leave a message.  Ergo, this number is some kind of criminal scam.   I never answer calls from unknown numbers.  This is what voice-mail is for.  I have blocked this number.   There seems to be many many bogus calls coming from numbers that claim to be from this part of New Jersey (Bayonne, Jersey City, Union City)

Another robodialer that bought yet another block of available phone numbers. This one apparently is a electric bill/solar deal and if you call them back (*67) you get a period of long silence then a voice message stating that if you were responding to a call you received from this number that they would call you back within 24 hours. If you felt the call was in error, press 1 to be removed from their calling list. I guess DNC doesn't cover spammers, spoofers, or robodialers, huh?

Caller ID displayed The Cleanplanet;  inet search revealed a Financial LLC  with similar name in Newark,NJ.  Likely just a scammer trying to get you deits so they can rip you off!

Caller ID "Unknown name" is a Local Access Landline in Fair Lawn, NJ.  Possibly spoofed; blocked anyway.

I had a series of Trash calls - "electric saving BS" a few weeks ago, blocked them all. Now, it seems, these MF switched to new numbers and the cycle is back!! Honestly, when will this NONSENSE end? It seem NOBODY cares that this is really creating HUGE mistrust in the AMERICAN PHONE NETWORK system -  it really should be punished as TREASON!!!

This number calls and leaves no message.  Just another loser trying to scam people.

Same BS -- Urgent message about your current electric bill and how you can qualify for lower rates and "have your credit card ready" !!!  Sure so I can give you my number and you can go shopping at MY expense.  Criminal scammers!  BLOCK!  Do NOT answer.

this summer i've received and had to block almost 20 scam callers. I've installed scam blockers and the scammers manage to get their scams listed as (in the case with atlantic city electric) bonefied businesses by going to these web sites. i'm being scammed out of my money by the fed, the township, indians overseas, mexicans in CA, every race and creed in every country and I want this [***] to stop!.

Same as above- Robo caller but it originated in Newark to my (973) area code.. don't answer

They just called my cell phone; I didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message. Caller ID said Fair Lawn, NJ. Blocking them now!

This number has been calling me and they do not leave a message.

scam about current electric bill

Called an hung up at 1:53 PM today. No message. Sounds like the same scammer as everyone else reported.

Just called me on my cell phone.  I didn't answer, and now they are blocked. Thank you 800notes!

Called cell no message left. Seems  like every 201 area code is a scammed call.
