Received a call this this AM from Fair Lawn, NJ. I have the telephone numbers for everyone from whom I want to receive calls listed, by name, in my phone's Phonebook. If a call comes in and a real name is not displayed I allow it to go to my answering machine. The message a real person will hear is, "You have reached our answering machine. Either we are not available to answer the phone or we do not recognize your name. If you want to talk with anyone at this number you must leave a message giving your name, your callback number and a brief description of the purpose of your call. No message, no callback.

I did not pick up.  Left no message.

Unknown caller, left no message.  Apparent Medicare scammer.

Rang twice, hung up, no voicemail. Obvious scam call.  Blocked!

Called me the 20th AGAIN,,am so sick of these people. Can't believe they're smart enough to get away this this and gov't can't do anything.. Wish they'd answer if I called them so I could bug them daily!

Said he was from Medicare.  Could barely understand him.  I started speaking in German and he hung up.

They called and did not leave a message.   Since I didn't recognize the number I decided to look it up and found all of these comments about being a scam call.  I blocked the number.

I get scam calls on my cell on a daily basis. I have blocked around 200 numbers but they just keep coming! I have never answered any of these calls since I know they are bottom feeders.  I have reported some of these scammers to FTC.Gov

No message, no name...I don’t answer

Called and they left no message. 2nd call i answered they wouldn't say anything.

These people are relentless! Has nothing to do with age as I am well over 65.  I haven't answered any of these calls and they do not leave a message of course. Usually I just pick up the receiver and hang it right back up. They call several times a day and into the evening hours.

Left no message, called back, recording said Medicare assist.  No one here is of Medicare age or need.  They called four times in last two days.  Used their opt out feature on recording, and blocked number

Targeting the elder scam!

Received a call from 201-249-6811. The woman said she was from Medicare Advisors with new benefits in my area. Then she started asking for my full name and I told her I didn't give personal info over the phone and she said ok and hung up. A web search found this on their site, "Unbiased Medicare Experts. -We analyze and compare over 30 top-rated insurance carriers -We serve 45 states in the continental United States -We've submitted over 100,000 Medicare Supplement policies across the country -"

Called my DO-NOT-CALL number,
got the answering machine,
but left no message.
I do not call back.

Sorry but no, the calls won't go away once your hubby turns 65.  My hubby was 65 last year, nearing 66 now, and the calls still come regularly, multiple calls, every   single   day!  I just don't answer but it sure is aggravating.

Called claiming to be from Medicare wanting to go over new coverage. Didn't give them any information.

Didn’t answer - left no message. Caller ID shows as unknown. After reading these posts, I will block.
I’m sorry to have to tell those of you who think the calls will go away once you hit 65 - scam calls only multiply as you age!!!!

Multiple Calls I ignore them. If your number is not in my contacts I will not answer

Call, I hit ignore, no message left.  Figured it was just another spammer.
