When a caller allows the phone to ring twice before hanging up and never leaves a message, it's either spam, scam or fraud.  If a call is important enough for me to answer or return, it's important enough for the caller to wait more than two rings before disconnecting and it's important enough for the caller to leave a message.  Blocked.

They are scam .They make it up as they go.They listen to see what kind of person so they no how to approach.

Went to voicemail. Says I qualify for student loan forgiveness and that i contacted one of thier representatives to discuss the matter. This is a scam. I don't have any student loan debt. Nor have I contacted them or anyone else about this alleged debt

Definite scam,I don't have student loan debt and last I checked you had to be in college to get student loans if you applied for them. Definitely blocking them and when you actually speak to someone they have a heavy accent and can barely understand them!

Just ignored unfamiliar number with city and state. They are wasting their time.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?
