The call starts with border control discussion, seems like a political message, can't find the organization they mention is responsible (concerned members of education reform for America) so it is fake,

This happened a lot last year, and the messages were random political ones, I contacted the candidates mentioned and included a recording and they said they had received other reports of this, but the calls were not from them or their people.

What would be the point of these calls?
