Claims to be Social Security office calling about criminal  use of my social security number and tells me to return the call immediately.  Caller ID says "Rutherford , NJ." This phone number has been listed as a SCAM on other websites.

I got 2 calls in a row, claiming to be Social Security and that there is a legal enforcement action filed on my social security number for fraudulent activity, so before this matter goes to the state court house.  Before I get arrested. yada yada yada.

They left a message saying I could be arrested!!  Such BS!!

Left message that there was a class action against me for fraudulent miss use of my Social Security number. Wanted me to call the number before it went to court. They gave no name just went right into their spill about the court action.

Gosh, an entire class action against little ol' you, versus the millions of people you've harmed with curiously unspecified fraud. I never knew the SSA impostor frauds had comedians on staff.

I see that the Bayonne, New Jersey exchanges continue their months-long popularity with certain criminal callers. Also, the Yiddish term you wanted is spiel.
